We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our growing team and provide sales support to our clients with quotes and project proposals, administrative support for our sales and account management team, and other IT-related administrative tasks. This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with clients regarding product requests and orders
  • Provide administrative support to our Client Success Managers and Project Services team
  • Assist in creating project proposals for technology products and services to our existing client base
  • Support the Project Services team with product requests and procurement
  • Order hardware and software from approved quotes and proposals
  • Ensure that invoices for projects are sent timely and accurately
  • Review monthly vendor bills to verify clients are being invoiced accurately
  • Perform the RMA process to procure replacement products from manufacturers and vendors or returns
  • Maintain product catalog, with price and cost information in our systems
  • Performing general clerical office duties

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Basic knowledge of small business technology products (hardware, software, cloud services, phones, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Process driven and attention to detail with accuracy in performing procurement responsibilities
  • Willing and able to follow processes consistently and efficiently
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
  • Proficient with general office applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently, but interfaces well with the team when needed

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Connectwise, ConnectBooster, Microsoft licensing
