Haber Group is looking for a Level 2 Technician who will tackle issues for a variety of clients, helping them solve technical problems quickly and efficiently. This is a hybrid position located in New York, NY.

We’ll Provide:

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to office and client sites in midtown Manhattan 2-3 times per week

• Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and networking issues

• Install and configure networking hardware, including Ubiquiti APs, switches and gateways, and Sonicwall firewalls (VPN configuration, and WAN/Local subnets and policies)

• Create accounts, groups, and policies in Microsoft core business apps (Windows Server, Office 365, SharePoint)

• Support VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V environments

• Create, update, and troubleshoot issues with servers

• Handle disaster recovery solutions and breaches in local and cloud environments

• Document troubleshooting steps and system reviews

• Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service

• Participate in projects

Skills You’ll Need:

• Ability to commute into midtown Manhattan 2-3 times per week and comfort using the transportation system

• BA/BS in computer science, technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of IT experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of security best practices.

• Excellent communication and client-facing personality.

• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability to new technologies and tools.

• Calm and professional under pressure.
