What You’ll Do:
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Deliver professional and friendly customer service
Escalate complex problems to senior technicians
Document solutions and maintain accurate service records
Assist with client onboarding and workstation setup
Monitor systems and alerts to proactively resolve issues
Skills You’ll Need:
Solid written and verbal communication skills
PC Hardware familiarity
Windows operating system familiarity
IP-based networking familiarity/understanding
Experience with any of the following a big plus: HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, ThreatLocker, Cisco Duo, Cove Backups, ConnectSecure, Copilot, ScalePad, ControlMap
