We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in being a catalytic force in creating a better and safer technology landscape.

What you'll do:

  • Grow ARR by generating 10 qualified leads/mo through marketing qualified and self-sourced leads, building campaigns and managing inbound calls and chats to convert warm opportunities
  • “Hunting” and high-volume outbound activities - 800+ outbound social, email, and/or calling activities/mo
  • Constantly expand your knowledge of the technology landscape and trends so you can bring industry-specific knowledge, feedback, and your ideas for improvement to the table
  • Use a CRM to keep your activities up to date, backfill any lost commits, and drive towards your personal goals
  • Be a strategic consultant to prospective 1Path clients. Engage in thoughtful business discovery while bringing creative IT methodologies to solve complex problems.

Skills you'll need:

  • 3+ years of proven experience cold calling
  • Experience in technology sales or sales enablement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong in both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate complex information and bundled solutions in a simple/understandable manner
  • Ability to understand the needs of C-Level executives, uncover key problems they face, and work closely with a team of people to deploy effective solutions
  • Degree from an accredited university is a plus, but not required
