We are currently seeking an IT Field Technician to join our intentionally collaborative team in our North Attleboro office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, configure, and deploy hardware components including desktop, laptops, servers, and associated peripherals.
  • Provide on-site support to clients, addressing their technical concerns and ensuring their technology runs efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and system checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, installations, and troubleshooting activities. Provide detailed documentation for future reference.
  • Assist clients in understanding and utilizing their hardware and software resources effectively. Provide basic training when necessary.
  • Document, track, and prioritize support incidents using a ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems

Skills you’ll need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive mentality, and ability to change tasks rapidly—as a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans.
  • Ambition to advance, learn new applications, and master new skills
  • 1-3 years of hands on PC support experience and O365 knowledge
  • Knowledge of low-voltage cabling standards, types, and usage scenarios.
  • A general knowledge of different hardware platforms, cloud services, and line of business applications.
